4. Management and Governance of York Multiply Funding |

|
Multiply is government funding via the UK Shared prosperity fund with the overall objective of increasing the levels of functional numeracy in the UK adult population. This report sets out the proposed operational and governance arrangements for Multiply to ensure that value and scrutiny of funds is in line with the authority’s expectations on use of funds.
